Frequently asked questions
How much does drone footage of a property cost?
From CHF 300 for a short flight with edited photos. The price depends on how many photos you want, whether you add a film and how far I have to travel. The price calculator shows you the indicative price in three minutes.
When is the best time for the shoot?
In sunshine and with little wind, ideally in the morning or late afternoon when the light is soft. I suggest a date that suits the position of the house. If the weather is bad, we reschedule free of charge.
May estate agents and buyers use the pictures?
Yes. Once you have paid, you receive unlimited usage rights and may pass them on, for example to your estate agent, an agency or the buyers of the property.
Do I need a permit?
I check that for you. If the property lies in a geozone, for example near an airfield, I obtain the permit needed. The extra work is already included in the indicative price.
What will your flight cost?
